This Privacy Policy explains how ART QUOTIENT DOO BEOGRAD, hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of individuals who interact with our website. - Website Visitors & Contacts: Individuals who contact us through our website, via email, or by other means to ask a question or make an inquiry.
For the purposes of this Policy, ART QUOTIENT DOO BEOGRAD is the Data Controller for your personal data. This means we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the services currently available on the Art Quotient website.

A. For Job Applicants
If you are a candidate for a position, we may process the following data:

- ArtStation URL, if provided
- Country / Location
- Artistic discipline
- Message
Sensitive Data: We generally do not collect sensitive data. The processing of special categories of personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data concerning sexual life, is prohibited unless an explicit exception applies. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through our application form unless specifically requested.

- Service Providers: Currently our service providers include Supabase for database infrastructure and a website hosting provider after production deployment.

- Personal data may be processed using cloud infrastructure operated by trusted service providers. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards are applied.

- Job Applicants: Data is retained for the duration of the selection process. If you consent, we may retain your data for future opportunities, typically up to 1 year from the date you applied.
- Website Contacts & Visitors: Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose, such as responding to a query, or until you withdraw consent.
